Our History

Since the company’s inception in 2004 we have successfully delivered well-specified, high quality property developments; specialising in the design & build of large new-build residential (c3), mixed-use (c3/other) and residential institution (c2) schemes utilising a wealth of knowledge and experience from a multi-disciplinary professional team.

Full-cycle Property Development

  • From performing pre-purchase feasibility studies, to working up planning applications, gaining planning consents & discharging planning conditions, through to working up detailed building regulation compliant drawings that conform to client's specification.
  • Building out new build and conversion schemes as a main contractor, normally under JCT DB contracts with full design and constructions responsibility, working with consultants & reporting to external stakeholders as required, through to “practical completion” of the build.
  • Providing fixtures, fit out, furniture and finishing according to detailed specifications from Clients and finally to provide facilities management and ongoing maintenance services for the life of the properties as required.

The team comprises of architects, planners, development managers, project managers, site managers, engineers and numerous specialist consultants with whom we have long standing successful relationships; led by a highly motivated, enthusiastic, well-rounded founding director with more than 25 years of full cycle property development and business management experience.
